Challenge: How do we increase add-on engagement to improve a customer's package experience?

This project was a redesign of the checkout experience that looked dated and did not surface additional products so customers could easily view them.

 

prototype

Checkout was cleaned up and redesigned with a modern and consistent look. The additional products were also surfaced in a way that benefit the customers with products they may not have found with the previous design.

 

documentation

The documentation covers the current design and its challenges along with the recommended redesign based on some basic UX best practices.
